Context: Enhancing training practices in the demanding animal health sector
In a context where the quality of veterinary professional training has become a strategic priority, SNGTV launched a transformation plan to structure and embed professional best practices in its trainers’ activities.
The objective of this pilot project was clear: to move from an expert but intuitive approach to a structured, efficient, and scalable training engineering framework that enhances subject-matter expertise.
To address this challenge, SNGTV chose to rely on the expertise of Wolf Learning Consulting.
The approach: an immersive program to transform training practices in animal health
A pilot group of 10 SNGTV trainers was supported over 7 months, through a structured program of 7 sessions, called FORM’ACTION (in French ‘Formation’ means Training, so there’s a play on words: “LEARN’IN ACTION”).
