THE CLIENT :
THE SUMMARY :
The aim of this training is to help raise the level of the SQPs’ knowledge on ruminants’ parasites and the treatments appropriate for each type of parasite and to improve the way they interact and communicate with the customers to ensure they recommend and prescribe the correct medicine for the situation.
THE CHALLENGE :
Currently, SQP training courses are face-to-face sessions based on PowerPoint presentations. Boehringer-Ingelheim UK saw an opportunity to take this training into the digital world by providing SQP learners with a highly interactive, challenging, and flexible online learning experience, with short modules accessible at any time from computers, tablets and mobile phones.
THE SOLUTION :
Five immersive modules with a strong storytelling were developed. Each module is made of three parts:
- A tutorial (knowledge content with ‘mini’ knowledge check questions throughout)
- A quiz (knowledge and confidence building through customer queries scenario)
- A Job Aid (1 page summary document to take away/use ‘on the job.’)
