SNGTV is launching the” Our SNGTV Trainers in Action” programme, a training pathway designed with experts in adult learning in the animal health field. The programme combines remote sessions, face-to-face training and individual work to support SNGTV trainers as they build their skills and improve the quality and impact of training.

SNGTV’s continuing education courses are facilitated by practicing veterinarians, with heterogeneous design and facilitation practices. The identified challenges are trainer upskilling, learner engagement, practical application and evaluating the impact on skills.
Wolf proposed a tailored hybrid pathway focused on practical application and learner engagement, combining synchronous, asynchronous and individual work. The programme uses virtual classes, interactive face-to-face sessions, short modules, coaching/forums and the Campus-vet.com platform for deployment and tracking.
The post-training evaluation shows that transfer is already underway, with concrete changes in the design, posture and facilitation of training: simplified materials, clearer objectives, shorter formats and more interaction. The programme acted as a structuring trigger, helping veterinary experts move from a content-transmission approach to a trainer-facilitator posture focused on adult learning. Sustainable initiatives are already emerging — trainer guides, educational kits, hybrid pathways and early peer-sharing — confirming the programme’s potential to sustainably professionalise SNGTV’s training offer.
