Dômes Pharma is launching a global Category Captainship strategy to become a true strategic partner to its customers and drive category growth. A blended learning programme is required to raise awareness of Category Captainship, deliver the fundamentals of the approach and shift behaviours across the business.
Awareness of Category Captainship is currently low. The programme must shift teams from a transactional sales approach to a customer-first Category Captainship mindset and help managers cascade the approach across their teams.
Wolf designed a four-stage blended learning programme built around knowledge, practice, application and reinforcement. It combines four digital interactive modules, a 1-day learner workshop, a 2-day Train the Trainer workshop for managers, and ongoing support through discussion forums and coaching to embed practical adoption in the field.
